Perrin Crest Apartments

Not well maintained From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/7/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   For the price of rent, you would think that you would be moving into a well maintained apartment, even though they are on the older side. You're not!!! I have been living there since August of 2004 and I cannot wait until my lease is up in a couple of months, my family and I are outta there! We have had problems with roof leaks, mildew, bugs, and not to mention the horrible shape the carpet was in since we moved in. The maintenance staff does a half-way job on all repairs. I would not recommend these apartments at all.
