I lived there for 2 years. I loved it the entire time I lived there. The only bad experience I had was when someone totalled my car in the parking lot while fleeing after being caught breaking into apartments. My rental history with them went like this. I first signed a year lease. Fulfilled that lease agreement and then was placed on a month to month lease. Nine months later the incident with my car happenned. The apartment management would hold no responsibillity for the damage to my car even though the property was gated and presumed secure. After negotiating with the manager at the time. She finally agreed to giving me two months free on my rent. Three months later I gave notice and moved. When reviewing my credit report two years later, I discovered Perrin Crest had reported a debt owed by me for over $1,800 dollars. That debt still stands today 5 years later.

That's funny. because they reported that I owed over $1800 to a credit bureau too. And this debt is completely false. ------and ----------just love ruining people's lives with lies while ----------is busy sleeping with the maitenence man ----------------------------

They Told us when we moved out that we owned them money for cleaning that Sh-t house up, it was cleaner then, when we first moved there,and they wanted us to replace or pay to replace the carpet, I rang them and told them to stick it and try to do there best,because there wasnt a penny coming there way. You do know was well that they pocket the money that is sent to them,that they say you owe. Again they are lower than a snakes Arse,and thats pretty low in my book
