I have been a resident here for the past few months. The office staff have always been accomodating and helpful when I've had requests, coments and concerns. I like the layout of the kitchen, it's very open. The appliances are in good condition however aren't the high end models. Throughout the apartment are small paint stains on the carpeting, but overall it's clean and well maintained. As A women living alone and leaving for work early in the morning, I feel safe in the complex. I really like the keyless bolt lock feature. The entry gates seems to be operational mostly on the weekends and in the evenings. Because the complex participates in federal funding programs, there are many children in the area, often playing and riding bikes. Several nights per week, loud car alarms can be heard once or twice during the night. I personally think that the complex should fine the owners of these vehicles for repeated noice disturbances, but I can't see that happening. Since being here I have had two maintenance requests and one was taken care of withing hours, the other a couple of days. Both issues were fixed or corrected right the first time........pretty good. I will soon be leaving the complex due to an out of state move, however if I were to return to the area I would consider returning to the complex. It's certainly not fabulous, but it is clean, safe and affordable.
