I have lived at Perrin Square for 3 months. I moved in knowing it was a older apartment. I will say that the apartment they showed had much new appliances but when I get a apartment for only 550 per month and its huge what more can I ask for' If I want a perfect apartment I would move to a new apartment. Maintenance is slow but when they do the work its done right the first time as far as I can see. Over all its a okay place to live.

Whoever this is needs to do re examine what they put. It sounds like you are management trying to get people to move out there. Lacy should have been fired along time ago and maybe i would believe what you wrote.
