Problem Apartments

I lived in this complex for 2 years. The hot water does not work form week to week. The complex does not have a hot water heater for each apartment. They have only 2 central water heaters for the entire complex. This causes a problem for each apartment getting hot water. If you live too close to the location of the water heaters your water is too hot, if you are too far you do not get hot water. The maintenance is terrible. They do not come to fix problems until weeks or months after you report them. Don't move here if you don't have to.
