This is the most disgusting place I have ever lived. The worst problem is the roaches and evidence of rodents that we find here daily. It's sick. I can't even imagine what that will be like in the summer. Perhaps if the doors were sealed...

The floorplan to this place was very misleading, as well. There is no space. The closets and cupboards are tiny, as well as the living room and kitchen. You also lose a lot of space because the walls are angled really weird.

The carpets are disgusting--obviously many students have lived here. We have area rugs covering everything. The paint job is bad, as well. The walls were not cleaned before they were painted, so you can see where nails, spitballs, and even bugs were painted over. The cupboards are all warped on the bottom. They are not even close to flat. One of our bathroom cupboards has a crack in it where you can see the roaches that have died there before.

All of the fixtures are either broken or poorly repaired. For example, we could not pull out the racks in the dishwasher because the tracks (as well as the bottom of the dishwasher) are so heavily rusted. We requested a new dishwasher because obviously, your dishes can't get clean with rust. Maintenance's solution--replace the racks, which were essentially the only non-damaged part of the dishwasher. The rust in the porcelain sinks has been PAINTED over, and the linoleum floors are ripped up everywhere.

Noise is bad. Students and kids everywhere. And since all of the apartments face the parking lot (which is two feet away from the un-enclosed patio) you hear car horns, alarms, and steros all night.

We moved in site-unseen because we came from another state, and were definitely led the wrong way.
