I don't have enough time in the world to say what is on my mind.. I will just agree with the person who said it best.."AWFUL" I am not used to this type of living and I will tell everybody I know about it who asks me!! The noise is freaking ridiculous. There are some good people who live here, but for the most part Plaza Deville could easily be a run down dormitory at a junior college at best. One word NASTY!
