id honestly have to say that this is a filthy apartment complex...
my apt had a serious ant problem..and an even worse mold problem..i had mold in my kitchen..mold in my closets.. and i nearly had the bathroom and bedroom ceiling cave in on me
the maintenence staff is..alright but unfortunalty its just an old complex
The tiles in the shower easily fall off.
In the mornings ,the children wait for the school bus right infront of the entrance and right in front of an extremely busy street...under no supervision whatsoever.
The complex is also near alot of nightclubs/bars so..you get to hear the lovely sounds of cars bassing and millions of beer bottles being thrown away
Water gets turned off atleast once a month
Parking lot is horrible ...cracks in cement everywhere..broken down cars left in good parking spots for months... i have to back up into the parking space to get a decent spot near my apt due to the dumpsters being right in front of our building.
