Lived here over a year, maintenance tries to be prompt, if they knew what they were doing.
Parking sucks, lots of non-working vehicles, parties almost every weekend. A building burned down before I moved in and they are just now doing the demolition of it. The office staff tries to be helpful but they have limited abilities due to their manager. If the manager likes you, your work orders will be done, if she doesn't, you are "S.O.L.". My lease is almost up, thank God!
