Okay, this is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. After being there for three months someone broke into my apartment while I was asleep. They climbed up the rail...hello I live on the second floor. They came through the sliding glass door. When I called the office all they asked me was do you have a bar on your door, when I told them no she said okay will send one over. Then they wouldn't let me get out of my lease. Then there would be that lovely ant problem. They've come 5 times to spray for ants. They've also been to my apartment more than that to "fix" the air conditioning. My lease is almost over and I'm glad because I've lived in an Apt. for almost a year and haven't felt safe one day.
