VERY OLD APARTMENTS!! CRACKS IN ALL OF THE WALLS. I HAND WASH ALL OF MY DISHES BECAUSE THE DISHWASHER SMELLS LIKE SEWAGE. I HAVE TO FLUSH THE TOLIET ABOUT 5 TIMES FOR IT TO GO DOWN...I'M GLAD I DON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR WATER. THE WORST IS THE PARKING. I WOULD RATHER GET A ROOT CANAL THAN FIND GOOD PARKING.

Why don't you call the office and have them write work orders for all of these issues? (except for parking)
