If you want a really nice place - go play $700/mo for a 1 bedroom at a brand new complex.

However, if you can't afford $700 a month for a one bedroom, come here.

I've heard complaints like "cracks in walls" - yeah, they have them. The staff told me it was built in 1984, the parking lot is made of concrete, and they're on a fault line. It's not their fault. They fix problems as they come up.

I've also heard someone's dishwasher isn't working' Ask for a new one. I did, and I got it. It works great now. My fridge is really, really cold! I love it. I've never had any roach problems (I guess I keep my place clean). I've never had any problems with parking, either. Maybe I'm just in a good spot' My neighbors are all nice. I always get hot water, the staff is nice... what more can I say'

Honestly, I think that people come on here to vent - not compliment. I encourage anyone who likes the place to comment, because we're outnumbered. I really don't think that many people hate it, there's just a few who don't know how to live on their own and fix their own problems (ie: Changing a lightbulb, changing their own AC filter - they supply them for free, btw - or putting your own shower curtain rod up.)
