i had to break my lease because i felt unsafe. first off, the lighting in the parking lot sucked. maintenance never fixed the problems that i had in my apartment after i called them 5 times in one month!! i could hear everything upstairs. my walls were cracking everywhere!!! the cracks were so bad bugs were constantly in my apartment. my refrigerator made noise. last, but certainly not least, a teenage kid set fire to quite a few units in phase II. i wouldn't consider this place even it is was for free. this place is a waste. needs to be demolished.
