The complex does offer a great price for the location and the square footage that you get. As most people has said it is an older complex so the parking lot isn't great and there are cracks here and there. All stuff I can live with. Really the only problem I have is when something needs to get fixed. I have been in the apartment for about 6 months and there are items on my move in checklist that have not been fixed yet. I have faxed a written request to have items fixed multiple times and nothing has been done. I had an issue where the air conditioner line was clogged so water was leaking into the partment. That they fixed same day. When the guy was there I gave him a list of about 10 other things that needed repair, he wrote them all down and now two months later not a single one of them has been fixed. I have just about given up asking for things to be fixed.

My bathroom cabinet in the guest bathroom is broken, that sink leaks under the cabinet, the tub facet always runs and I have almost never have hot water in the sink only. Shower hot water never a problem.

Drain pipe for upstairs a/c is right over my porch door so you get dripped on every time you go in an out.

Master bath - shower - doesn't get hot water
carpet between the shower area and the sink area is not attached and the carpet can be pulled up. There is a drain pipe of some kind in the master bath shower directly above where you stand when in the shower that is always dripping. So I can't use that shower. Additionally this has caused the surface of the tub to be worn.

Kitchen sink - little to no hot water. Vynal flooring in poor shape. Refridgerator makes noise and drips water inside on all my food. Additionally the screws for the handle are stripped so the handle is always comming off.

11-27-06 update. My bathroom cabinate was fixed and so was the leak under that sink. Nothing else has been fixed and some things have gotten worse. the 3rd response to this is from me.

Maybe you should call those problems in as a work order.

Send certified letters to the office and to Univesco in Plano, Tx. You will probably still not get a response but your butt is now covered.There are serious health/safety issues here. Call 311 for code compliance and file complaints. YOU HAVE RIGHTS AS A TENANT. Do not be bullied by the stupid people at the office. We need to band together here to get this place safe again, clean, and fixed.

above response from barbyfirefly. Barby I know you work there. I have spoken to you many times. I have seen you write out the work orders and pass them along to your manager. Then nothing gets done. I don't have a problem with you. It is the two ladies above you that are the problem. I have turn in many work orders, I have called in many times, I have sent messages through the complex's website, I have faxed written requests. My decsion to not renew my lease has been based entirely on the management's lack of caring and no desire to fix my apartment. I have watter damage and mold in my apartment that has been here since MAY!! There is a hole in another wall from another water leak above that has been there for almost two months. I'll update this site again if your bosses try to charge me for any of the damage.
