If I would of written this reveiw earlier, even after I read all the other bad reveiws I would of been praising this place. I have a 1400 sq foot plave for $700 a month. But this weekend for the first time in my life my door was busted in (cheap locks) and there was blood everywhere. And when I talked to the office they did not seem to even care. So what if the people living next to us kicks in our door and rips us off, and I know that cause of the blood trail to their door. I suppose its not the managements problem that they have punk asses for tenents and ------ locks. I just hope that me or my girlfriend dont end up on the news because of this places cheap security and lack of giving a ----. All I know is that this is not over and I am going to do whatever I can to feel comfortable in my own home...By the way I was only here for a month, 11 more to go, lucky me.

YOU HAVE RIGHTS AS A TENANT. The office is not going to help you. You need to file a complaint with the police. Heaven knows they are here all the time. Send certified letters to the office and to Univesco in Plano, Tx - the owners of this dump. Call 311 for code compliance for any problems with the apartment. Do no stay if your safety is at risk. You have the right to be free from harm. Do not let the dumb asses at the office bully you.
