DON'T EVER MOVE IN HERE
its terrible. manag. is terrible. they mock you if you want something fixed. min. once a week not hot water. cars get broken in. the roads are a death warrent for your car. its horrible. i live here now for 6 month and got flooded for three times. now i want to transefer to a nother apartment and they want me to sign a new lease. crazy. incompetent. the problem is if i use this word i am insulting those who are incompetent. its far worst than that. don't do it. it is true the place is cheap. meaning cheap. but it is not worth it. pay 50 bucks more and have a relaxed living situation somewhere else.

Oh happy day - all the office managment has been FIRED!!! (January 2007) So all those who posted with "nice staff" "we have no problems" etc. ad nauseum eat your words. The buildings are falling down. There are no live persons to help you after 5:30. They claim the messages you have to leave mysteriously disappear. There is only one good building here and that it because there is a corporate office apartment in there, so the building is kept up. Falling ceilings, walls, floors, rodents in attic space spraying and leaving God knows what up there, abandoned cars, dog crap everywhere. Office never got up off their lazy butts to check anything. We had to show ID when we moved in and that manager actually came over to see that we were the ones living here. This was an awesome place until the last management came in. Registered letters go unanswered. The new manager was here before and she was also good. I don't think we should be allowed to stay in collapsing buildings so we will have to see what happens.

1.) They wern't fired, they quit. 2.) Not all of them quit, one is still there and is assistant manager now. I guess the fat lady sang too soon.

LOL! Yeah, I so quit! Fired? That is a joke. Why don't you get your facts straight before you start spewing lies all over this site. If you are so unhappy then you should move out. That is what people do.
