I really love it here!!! The parking is great, the neighbors are nice, and the floorplans are great! The office staff is very nice. The apartments are a little old, but all the good totally outweighs the bad.

There has been a lot of recent work done on the property, which is annoying because of construction, but you know it's going to turn out nice in the long run.

overall, you can't beat the homey feel, huge floorplans, nice prices, and very nice people!

ACTUALLY YOU MUST BE ON THE MANAGEMENT SIDE!! BECAUSE THIS APARTMENT SHOULD BE TORN DOWN AND REBUILT. THERE ARE ALWAYS WATER PROBLEMS, THE WATER IS TURN OFF MORE THAN ITS LEFT ON. BECAUSE THE APARTMENT WAS BUILT ON TOP OF A DUMP!!! I HAVE BEEN A RESIDENT FOR 4 YRS AND I HAVE SEEN THE STANDARDS DROP SINCE THE OLD MGR CINDY LEFT!! THE NEW MGR BELINDA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENCE, PROBABLY CAUSE SHE GETS A FEW APT ON PROPERTY. THE PARKING LOT WAS REPAIRED AND THEN WITHIN A WEEK IT LOOKS JUST LIKE IT DID BEFORE. THEY ARE ALWAYS RUNNING THESE LOW SPECIAL TO GET PEOPLE TO MOVE IN BECAUSE PEOPLE MOVE IN AS QUICKLY AS THEY MOVE OUT!! ITS STILL GHETTO AND SOUTHSIDE ITS ONE STEP FROM BEING A SECTION H PROPERTY!! MAINTENANCE STAFF ARE NICE BUT THE SAME REPEATING WATER LEAKS ALWAYS CONTINUE!! THERE SEVERAL UNAUTHORIZED OCCUPANTS AND DRUG ACTIVITY ON THE PROPERTY SEVERAL OF US RESIDENTS COMPLAINT TO THE OFFICE AND NOTHING IS DONE. YOU HAVE TO BE WORRIED ABOUT ALL THE DOG POOP ON THE GROUND, BECAUSE ITS NEVER CLEANED UP. ANDY ONE OF THE MAINTENANCE STAFF HAS COMMITTED WELFARE FRAUD BECAUSE OF HIS SISTER LIVING WITH HIM AND NOT REPORTING THE TOTAL HOUSEHOLD INCOME. THE PROPERTY IS VERY UNSAFE AND YOU NEVER FEEL QUIET SAFE BECAUSE OF ALL THE SHADY PEOPLE LIVING THERE. I AM PLAYING TO MOVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! MAYBE 4 YEARS AGO BUT NOT NOW. ITS A VERY NASTY PLACE TO LIVE. ASK ANYONE!! READ THE COMMENTS.. ITS NO LIE. CHECK THE POLICE REPORTS YOU WILL SEE HOW MANY TIMES THE POLICE HAS BEEN TO THE APT. THEY ARE HERE EVERYDAY ON THE REGULAR BASIS AND ITS NOT FOR EVICTIONS.

The manager is very nice, very helpful, and is more lenient than Molly (assistant manager) is on the rent (and she's Molly's boss!). If you go into the office with a problem she will do everything in her power to take care of it for you. And you can speak to her personally! Most staff won't even let you talk to the manager! There have been tons of improvements in the past 6 months. The landscaping, pools, parking lot, etc. And the staff has been very tough on the cars in the parking lot. I am a big supporter of parking correctly, and apparently the staff is, too. They will tow any car that is parked in two spots or in a handicapped spot. "THEY ARE HERE EVERYDAY ON THE REGULAR BASIS AND ITS NOT FOR EVICTIONS." Sounds like you have a bit of experience with evictions... Unfortunately the staff cannot pick and choose who gets to live here. There's a thing called Fair Housing (speaking of which, it's section EIGHT) which kind of frowns on that. Drug activity is not something that the staff can take care of... That is a police matter (read your lease). How is it anyone's business that one of the maintenance staff is "committing welfare fraud"? That statement completely negates the reliability of your opinions. Sheesh... I almost feel like retyping your entire post with the correct spelling, capitalization, and grammar.

There are some serious sad people on this website that just like to spread unhappiness around. And as for medical center being the southside. I have lived on the southside has anyone that has posted these remarks. If you did live on the southside, in really bad apartments, then you would be happy to have some that are basically kept in general ok. Obviously all these people that post remarks have such high standards that no apartment will ever keep up. Maybe you should move, or buy a house.

Good thing we didn't move in, or you would be posting here about me.
