I've lived at these apts for two years and the first year was fine. But, the second year was horrible. Now the apts aren't as ghetto and other people have posted e.i. drug dealers (how did the poster know they were selling drugs)hmmm , prostitution (are you serious wonder how much that poster paid), foul mouth kids (hardly any kids).... as much as I disliked the apts I wouldn't lie about the tenants. Now the apts water is shut off pretty often, and for a good while there was no hot water in my apt...which was very upsetting. As for roaches that was a big problem and I had to get the exterminator out a number of times (thats one of the biggest thing I hated). As for the foundation the doors were warped...theres was more cracks on the ceiling and walls than a nude beach on the fouth of July. The apt they origanally showed me, was I guess for show, cause it was nice. It had no blemishes, but the one they put me in was terrible. As for the people dieing it happened due to the kid having a medical condition, not cause there was a mad man on the loose flashing by-standers in the process of drowning inoccent bodies as his hung out by the dumpsters looking for something to ignite her apt....please that poster took it to the extreme... I myself would not recommend the apts to anyone....this place is too old and really needs to be tore down to dust. As for the staff there great, cause I'm pretty sure they get an earfull for everything that go bad there....
