okay when i first decided to move here i read all the reviews and thought maybe people were jus saying these things cause someone on the property pissed them off i thought seriously it cant be bad so i thought i would give it a try...and i did cause it was a huge floorplan for the price. the size is great, yeah but i promise if i would have known it was gonna be like this i would have went and payed even double somewhere else!!!! i cant believe it, it was like a nightmare moving in here. there were baby roaches calling outta my sink drain and outta my bathtub crawling around everywhere and there were sooo many that they were crawlin on the floor in my room....gross!!! then my kitchen sink drain had something that stunk sooo bad in it and all they did was cover the drains with the plugs so i didnt see it till after i got here and besides that my garbage disposal rockes the whole building. my shelf in the refridgerator was broken, it caved in when i put food on it, my stove and dishwasher didnt work, my a/c didnt work and i was missing my shelves in my closet, and the outside light needed to be replaced and its soo dark without it you'd be scared to walk up to your own front door and to top it off my front door had been kicked in soo many times previosly that the door frame was broken which they glues together and painted over it and the metal part to keep your door closed was screwed in soo many different times it was stripped and they thought putting caulk around the nail and screwing it in was gonna hold it, i told the office i didnt feel safe and they werent trying to hear that i had to tell someone i was gonna call the corporate office if it didnt done and finally 2 days later after 3 weeks of complaining again every day it got done but the maintenence man never came back to paint the inside so it looks crappy and the door doesent stayed closed on its own but i guess im jus happy it stays closed when locked now, also there was soo much water damage done to the bottom of one of sinks theyb didnt wanna repalce the warped piece of wood and decided to nail it down and now its popped back up and broken you can still see how nasty and sirrty it is under the sink really...CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG but arent all off these things suppose to be done before i move in and when i did complain it only took them 3 weeks and me walking to the office everyday to complain. if im paying 750.00 a month to live somewhere should i reallly have to complain that many times '''' im complaining at least once maybe twice a week and the past 2 times they have gotten things done in 36 hours so i guess that is getting better...but if you care about things in your house matching and are picky this is definately not for you for the blinds are not matching, one set may be yellow the other off white or white and not all off your blind pieces for the patio door are matching, there are cracks all over the walls and in my shower instead of cleaning it they jus added caulk ontop of black caulk that is now starting to resurface...again gross...o and i forgot to mention the carpet that has red and black stains everywhere throughout the house...very tacky for the amount you pay!!! the outside is very tacky to so if you like to look outside and see the green grass and a nice scenery this is not the place for you our stair hallway stunk so bad the lady from downstairs cleaned it herself with bleach in a wheelchair i was told and it smells a whole lot better...thanks to her! its clear they do not care about the grounds...and they do not offer a fitness center for use here, yeah they have one but everything in there is broken and its hotter than a suana in there...check it out for yourself...i do have to say the ladies at the office are nice especially ambra and jessica is soo calm with all the complaining she hears from me...hopefully ill make it through this 13 month lease and i will definately learn from this mistake.....good luck to you if you have jus moving in or deciding you are going to.
