From the beginning it was bad. It was advertised as having a playground, but when we got there, there was no playground. We had applied online and sent in our deposit, but they had no record of that (we did get that straightened out however). There were no lights in the apartment to speak of. We had to buy hanging lights and install ourselves. It was a very small 2-bedroom apartment. The apartments were advertised as just upgraded with new cabinets, tile, carpet and fixtures, but all they did was put in new carpet. The rest of the stuff was cleaned very well and at the most repainted or refinished. Parking was horrible, no lighting to speak of, very little space and old junk cars sitting in spaces for months at a time. The Police usually showed up every weekend to arrest someone for domestic disturbance/violence. And all night and weekend long the sound of irritating loud music played and played. If you have younger children or like to sleep at night, I would definetly advise against this place. Just a bad experience all around.
