They have giant cockroaches everywhere. There are tons of stray cats. The grounds are nice but there is trash and dog poop everywhere. People lock their little kids out and there is no place for them to play so that hangout right in front of your apt. and make lots of noise even past 10:00 pm. The place costs close to $200 for every person who leases. People walk right past your apt in the at all times of day and you can hear everything they say-there is no sleep to be had. There are all kinds of maintenance problems. Leaks from ceilings that they don't really fix at all they just put up some caulking and say its fixed and it can take them weeks to respond. This place is a bastion for poor desperate people. The office doesn't respond if you have a problem. I had neighbors that put a ton of junk right next to my door and there were 8 people living in that one 3 bdrm place. Also they don't charge you for the individual water bill, they divide the water bill of the entire property by persons on the lease, so we always got $60 bills, because there would be people living in apartments that weren't on the lease.
