Stone Hollow Is Nice Only In Its Advertisements. Parking Here Is A Nightmare. Everyday Both Residents And Staff Disregard Each Other By Parking Over Multiple Spaces, Allowing Junked Vehicles And Occupying Fire Lanes In The Lots. In Three Months (Spring 04) The Entry Gates Have Been Broken Multiple Times. The Office Staff Is Rude And Very Slow. The Rules Are Not Enforced In Anyway. Children Run Rampant Through The Walkways And Loud/Obnoxious People With Alcohol Frequent The Pool After Midnight. We Have A Courtesy Patrol That Seems To Not Understand What The Word Patrol Means. The Maintenance Staff Are Quick However But Are Not Allowed To Thoroughly Complete Their Work By The Management. The Maintenance Guys Seem Like The Only Ones With Any Idea Of How To Treat People. The Apartment Interiors Are Dated And Most Fixtures Both Inside And Outside Need Replacing. The Entry Drive Is Very Narrow And Is Frequently The Cause Of Near Miss Accidents. During Normal Rain Storms The Parking Lot Fills With Water And Can Cause You To Not Be Able To Reach Your Car. All I Can Say Is Don't Do It, Keep Looking, Recommend Good Places You Find 'Cause This Ain't One Of Them (Especially If Your Handicapped Or Old).
