THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE. THE MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL. THE ONLY WAY ANYTHING GETS DONE AROUND HERE IS IF YOU CONTACT AIMCO. ONCE AIMCO CALLS THE MANAGEMENT HERE THEN MANAGEMENT KISSES UP. MAINTENANCE IS GOOD. THE MANAGEMENT GIVING MAINTENANCE ORDERS IS VERY SLOW. MANAGEMENT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. MANAGEMENT TOOK FOREVER TO HAVE OUR PARTS ORDERED TO FIX THE A/C AND STOVE. THE STOVE WAS A FIRE HAZARD. IT TOOK THEM 3 WEEKS TO REPLACE. OUR A/C HAD WORKED OFF AND ON FOR THE SUMMER AND RAN UP OUR LIGHT BILL 3 TIMES THAN WHAT WE NORMALLY PAY. IHAVE TO OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS THAT LIVED HERE TOO. ONE IS STILL HERE. WE ALL HAVE THE SAME FEELING TOWARDS THIS COMPLEX. I HATE THESE APARTMENTS AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
