you are sooooooooooooo right about the bait , hook and " gottcha!" i wonder if the buyers knew what they were getting when they took over the property. yes, a new look is nice, but a complete new staff is better. and there needs to be a couple of surprise regional , district, and owner visits to catch this mess in the " act". i will say that maintenance, is ok..grounds is excellent, and houskeeping is ok. im moving out....soon....and the only time i will even think of this place again....is when someone brings a lawsuit about the terrible, inconsistant, shady dealings of Portofino...formerly known as Stone Hollow Apartments...formerly known as The Seasons.
