the matience is quick, but the apartment its self is crap.The bathtub and sinks are painted white and when you take a bath paint flakes off. Uneven foundtain along with cracks in walls and in ceiling.The supposed 24 hr. fitness center is often locked on most nights and almost always on weekends, and only one of the treadmills work out of two and none of the bikes work. That isnt really a big deal, thou. There has been cops here numerous times, And our neighbors are loud at night.There hasnt been any damage to any veichles that I know of, but parking is a problem late at night. The gate on one side only opens front the outside and is normally broken.The Model house is nothing like what you get!! The manages are very nice although they are young, they do an excellent job. I dont mind living here but I would like a nicer apartment all together.
