first of all everything is just painted over or taped then painted over. the tubs look real nice then you get in to take a shower or clean it and the paint comes right off. The sinks arethe same or rusted out. I actually had a kitchen cabnit held togather with tape. this was under the new management "portifino" They came and replaced all the doors on the apts. and did not have enough supplies to finish the job so i did not have the frame work around my door for 2 days since they started the job on a friday... and well no one works on the weekends i guess. So i had gaps all around my door for 2 days, you could have just pushed the thing in. Finally on monday they came back and put up the frame work, slapped what looked like white walsh on it and left. I also had bathtub walls replaced,)the kind of tile looking walls that is really one piece. they sealed it very poorly.. it had mold growing underneath the seal and then later the walls started to split because it was not sealed right. I called maint... for the ac a couple of times... they never showed or never had the supplies. A lot of the maint. work is very very poor or half done.. a lot of cars have been broken in to. Kids play in the laundry room and open the washers and dryers and stuff along those lines. you can hear everything that goes on people walk by and you can hear there convo. word for word. stray cats everywhere and lots of dog poop. people carry the plastic bags around for decoration.
