First, I have lived here for 8 months now and the first 5 weren't pretty. However, since the new manager has come in she has made great strides to resolve a lot of pre-existing problems.

Prior to her taking over the complex was poorly managed, maintenance was awful and it took an act of congress to get things done. Since she was made manager things have improved dramatically. Improvements throughout the complex take time and I understand that. Maintenenance is much more responsive and I believe that if they maintain their current effort this will be a good place to live. A complex is much like a business and they have both good and bad employees. If we as tennants do not work with them to give them feedback they cannot inherently be aware of whats going on. I have always been treated courteously and they have worked with me to resolve any issues that I have had. I can't imagine
