This apartment has really taken a turn for the better. I have been here for a year now and I have heard about the problems that existed prior to my residence here. I can vouch for this place and say that they have truly made a difference in EVERYTHING here! The manager really cares, and the new staff is great as well. It just took getting one great manager to change the whole place. The property is old, but maintenance is always right on time and they will not stop until the job is done. Then the office follows up to make sure that the work was done as well. There are still things that need to be fixed or updated, but they have added all new appliances to every apartment, and I've been told that they have lots more planned to do! The staff appreciates the residents and everyone is really nice and understanding. I read all of these terrible comments listed on here, and I can say that they are all not true, and the ones that are, I assure that the management and new owners are doing their best to make us all happy.
