I have lived here for 6 months with my wife and kids, and we like it here a lot. The property for the most part is quiet, and there are other kids around and a playground. So my kids have fun there and in the swimming pool. It is a nice pool. I feel like I'm coming home everyday. We can't yet afford house, but we are very happy that we chose this place in the meantime.
