portofino is riddled with drug dealers. shady dealings within the office, not ALL staff, but some. you walk by the apartments on any given night, and the weed and meth smell is disgusting. some of the office staff treats you like your nothing but dirt, especially when you come in and "calmly" discuss what is going on with the property. the FBI REALLY needs to stake out this property, before some residents gets hurt by the drug dealings. and selling it to ANOTHER management company does no good, if the same but WORST continues. i know they have a LOW occupancy rate, and trying to fill it up with just anyone is number one on their list, but this company will have a serious LAWSUIT....and guess who will win, if these issues are NOT addressed immediatly. and remember apartment lookers, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, keep copies of anything you give to this place. get the name , time and date, cause if you need to take them to court, even if previous staff has left, transferred or found greener pastures, you are still able to sue ( the owners, investors and/or office staff).
