This website's reviews are one person ion and the disguising themself as many differant people to try to tarnish the good reputatation and hard work 0f many people whom try on a daily basis to make this apartment community great. A sanctuary is located right next to our apartment community sometimes has some unwelcome widlifet visitor. These visitors do not seem to bother the thirty thousand people at USAA, where the santuary is located.Notices are placed in a timely manner for non payment of rent and the lack of cooperation with paying proptly is why there is so many notices. Communication is also the key if you have a problem with any situation adressing it to the proper authority and not posting negative opinions would make you a happier tenant and also remember that residing a the portofino volantary.

I have response this one!! My wife and I lived here when it was Stonehollow and to be honest with you, it was like living in a third world country! when an appliance needed to be replaced, maintenance would leave the old item OUTSIDE. I saw many fridges just sitting out in the open. some residence played loud music at all hours of the day and night. I complained to management but nothing was done. yes the water situation was terrible! we either had ice cold water or boiling hot water! THERE WERE ROCKS IN THE WATER! OUR A/C CAUGHT ON FIRE AND THE FIRE DEPT HAD TO GO OUT! (I HAD COMPLAINED TO MGMT THAT IT SMELLED LIKE THE MOTOR WAS BURNING BUT THEY DIDNT BELIEVE ME NOR DID THEY INSPECT IT! WHEN I LATER RECIEVED A ELECTRIC BILL THAT WAS 3X THE NORM, I HAD TO PAY HALF OF IT EVEN THOUGH I KEPT TRYING TO TELL THEM THAT THE MOTOR WAS F'D UP AND THE THE AC WAS ROUTING THE COOL AIR TO THE ATTIC-TYPE AREA/CRAWL SPACE ABOVE THE APT.(I TAKE CALLS FOR AMERICAN HOME SHIELD SO I KNEW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT!!) I HATE HAVING DUMPSTERS BUT THEY ARE A LOT BETTER THAN THE GARBAGE TRAILERS THAT WHERE THERE FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS. TRASH WAS LITERALLY ALL OVER THE COMPLEX!! MY WIFE IS THE ONE THAT GOT THE entire staff at the time FIRED!! THE MGMT CO AT THE TIME HAD A VERY STRICT CORPORATE COMMUNICATION POLICY AT THE TIME, BUT THE OFFICE PERSONNEL WERE CAUGHT MOUTHING OFF TO ONE OF THE REPORTERS FOR KMOL-TV. WE EMAILED THE VIDEO TO THE MGMTS'S CORP OFFICE ALONG WITH A LAUNDRY LIST OF VERIFIABLE COMPLAINTS (LIKE THE FACT THAT THE MGMT WOULD ROUTINELY "LOSE" WORKORDERS! I GOT SO BAD THAT I HAD TO HAVE THE SECRETARY SIGN THAT SHE HAD RECIEVED THEM. CALL IT WHATEVER YOU WANT BUT THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!
