I guess the correct phrase for these apartments are "Your getting what your paying for", since the rent is not bad for a three bedroom apartment. But man not having hot water for about 2 weeks now and the crime that goes on is crazy. Drunk mo'fos have come up to you late at night wanting to pick a fight for no reason. I've only been here for 4 months now and I'm getting out at the end of my lease. I would rather pay more than live at these apartments again.
