Ok been here 6 months now, still had a great time. I really truly recommend this apartment to college students. its about 5 miles and a straight shot to UTSA, which I attend regularly. my electricity bill is incredibly low even though I have alot of tv,music,and computer goin on 24/7. Grande and Time Warner frequent the area so good deals are usually made for residents. There are quite a few kids quite a few college students so I could understand why the parents are complaining. Fact of the matter is that college students are not going to do the same things as some of the 35 year old people that have "been there and done that." But at the same time I personally if I was in there situation wouldn't want my kids exposed to some of the wanna be gangster as well as the actualy gangster people that live here. Great place for people that are starting out on life not so much the people that are 30 years old and can't afford something with at least 1000sq feet......
