Maintenance is the worst at this complex. The water is constantly going out or the plumbing being repaired. They have an emergency hotline that states our staff will contact you immediately but you rarely get a call back. When you call the office the only one who does anything is the manager and only if she likes you. The only reason why I have stayed so long is because I haven't had to pay a deposit yet and it is hard to beat 1200 sq ft for $810 a month. I am definitely not resigning my lease and don't recommened this complex unless you really want to get what you pay for, which is a lot of room but terrible service when you really need it.
