Anyone who gave this place a positive review must work here. If you want anything fixed it takes weeks and you have to remind them over and over again to even get that kind of a response. The pools are filthy and they are constantly closed. Nothing in the gym works...there are 4 machines in there and 3 of them are broken. The whole place is gangster. The staff has a bad attitude (I guess they don't realize that the tenents give them their paychecks!). It is supposed to be a gated community, yet the gates have stayed open and broken for about a year. Over half of the laundry facilities are broken. DON'T BE FOOLED!!! You're right. It maybe wasn't quite that bad when I lived there 2 years ago, but it sucked really bad; I had to leave after I caught someone hanging out of my car window going through my glove box; I drove by it yesterday and the school bus stop is riddled with graffiti. For the price you pay it isn't worth it. There are some motels with monthly rates down the road that are a better value for your money.
