This is a Senior Complex (55 ), and I have to say the place is a nightmare and I would hate for anyone's older loved ones to have to endure the treatment they receive from management.
I know of quite a few people that have recently moved from the complex due to complications with Grace the office manager. She treats those people with such disrespect its amazing she still has a job with the amount of complaints she has floating about. She should be charged with elder abuse for the way she treats those people. She's not helpful at all and she talks to them any kind of way.
There was a previous post about non 55 people living there, and I must say its true. Its been rumored that Grace has rented some of the units to her family members that are well under the age of 55. I haven't heard any complaints about any of the residents, more so about the management, and although the maintenance staff is polite and courteous, their lack of urgency in assisting the elder residents, leaves much to be desired.
I think the owner needs to seek new management, all the residents should band together and get her removed. Its sad to see people scared of someone who controls their living arrangments and can have them evicted anytime for any made up reason.
