HORRIBLE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Please do what I did not do and BELIEVE everything you read about these problems and SAVE YOURSELF from experiencing it firsthand. I still have 3 months left on my lease and I'm ALREADY looking for another complex. Six weeks into moving into my apartment I saw some wall discoloration and didn't know what it was. I reported it and they came and painted over it again. A few weeks later it came back worse than before. The culprit' MOLD.. I had mold and even if I was too ignorant to know this (I HAD JUST MOVED IN TO WHAT I THOUGHT WERE HIGH END LUXURY APTS)you bet the maintenance people knew! I finally had a friend look at it and he said to report it ASAP. I was furious when I found out. The point about parking is SO TRUE. THERE IS NO PLACE TO HAVE FRIENDS/FAMILY PARK UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TOWED! IT's horrible for the price you pay..please DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE.
