I have lived here for about a year. My apartment is in a pretty good location. Nice view anyway. They are a little more than I wanted to pay but so far seems to be worth it. Parking can be trouble at times. We have been swapped twice in a year in "an effort to improve parking" Not sure if it has improved but no one has been in my spot in a while. Office staff and Maintenance have been nice to me so I cant complain about that. Maintenance usually is pretty resposive with fixing whatever is wrong with my apartment. I have lived in apartments for many years and would recommend Promontory Pointe.
