nice looking on the outside

We just went to look at these apartments last weekend and while they looked nice at first we could tell there could be serious problems. People were partying at the pool, the side walks were dirty and the apartment we looked at did not even look clean. The time frame we were looking for an apartment they had about 6 available on the top floor so who knows how many other were available. Sounds like other people were not happy so they moved out.
