I love living here. The staff is very friendly. If something is in need of repair-it's fixed right away. I love the hills-you can get a really great workout. The view in the morning is amazing sitting out on the patio. The neighbors are quiet. It's beautiful!!

Is this Senior Bob posting another message? I thought you stopped reading this website MANAGEMENT. You should focus on why your complex is in worse condition and about $200/month higher than others located within 1.5 miles. Don't get carried away with all of the amenities that you claim to have... they don't live up to the billing. Suggestion: Spend less time on this website and more time managing the complex. Your tenants will get better service and you will end up with fewer complaints.
