Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
I am in the military and signed a lease with a roommate in August of 04. Low and behold two months later I received orders to deploy for six months. Promotory Pointe let me out of my lease. However in November of 05 my old roommate and his current roomate failed to pay one months rent. Tell me how a year after I move out are they going to turn it over to a collection agency with my name' They should be a little more resposible when it comes to things like that. Make sure when you move out you keep all the leases including the new ones.
