Bad maintenance

I have a very bad experience about the maintenance. The apt have problem with air-condition. It doesn??t cool the room even if you put the ac 24 hours. I have complained 3 times and every time people come and check for something and says the system is OK. But believe me in this hot summer of TX, we are not able to sleep during night. I don??t know how to make them understand the problem.
