I have lived here almost two years and in that time frame I have had maintenace over over 50 times for different things, the dishwasher, the tub, the dryer, the cracks in the walls, the air conditioner, the patio mold, the doors not shutting, the refrigerator not cooling, the water leaks and the water shutoffs, it never ends! The maintenance staff was always friendly and professional however, the management staff is the worst! I have seen three different property managers and none of them have had any interest in pleasing their residents. They are bad at returning calls, never available and NEVER FOLLOW UP! IO had to ask FOUR times to get my laundry door back up and another FIVE times to get my tub resurfaced, not to mention they try yo move your carport every year and let others park in your spot without towing. It really was a nightmare, it looks nice but I hope to never deal with this management again!

Watch out for parking for guest. You will be towed and overcharged by Bexar towing. Value your friends and live somewhere else.
