Worst apartment complex EVER. First apartment had a cracked exterior wall that rain came pouring into. Mold was growing all over the wall. We complained for months and were finally moved into another unit for the remainder of our lease. Second unit also leaked, but this time, from a busted pipe in our upstairs neighbor's kitchen that dripped water down through my ceiling. My tires were slashed in the parking lot. Before I could save up for two new tires, the complex had my car towed for being "inoperable." I tripped one day and my arm went straight threw the thin sheetrock wall. My bedroom window was broken out. I had to cover it with cardboard myself. Three weeks later, my window was still not fixed and someone (probably another resident) climbed in while I was at work and robbed me of all my electronics and DVDs. At this point, I started looking for new apartments, figuring I was better off just paying to break the lease. Before I even got moved out, my ceiling collapsed from water damage.
