The noise was VERY LOUD, they send bills for post move out expenses that are un believeable. Can't get Management to return 8 phone messages. Cars broken into all the time.

hi, me and my roommate are getting charges over our deposit (which they kept) and i am fighting it. any advice? i refuse to pay this extra amount b/c we took our shoes off at the door and never had animals in the house, which is what they are accusing us of
