Completely dissatisfied. The management is poor, as is the maintainance. I moved here from out of state (keep in mind I visited and checked out the apartment before hand) and was actually rented an apartment with holes in the bathroom floor. When I contacted the office they did not honor my request to fix the floor and I actually had to take it to the corporate office (westdale asset management) before I got to hear from the office manager, who still took 2 1/2 months and more phone calls to fix the floor. When it was completed the work was unsatisfactory. There has also been a large amount of crime within the complex, I've seen multiple cars on block from having their wheels stolen, and I've also heard horror stories from other renters in regards to their motorcycles being attempted stolen. The parking is horrific and you will end up walking a block or two just to get to your apartment. Also, if your looking at the complex for it's ammenities, turn around now. They have been taking them away one by one for over a year now, and they aren't what they are made out to be in the first place. IE: workout center (that only has two eliptical, a workout station, and a few weights) is only open from 7am-10pm not the 24 hours that if was originally said to be. There are many more complaints including the improper billing from the facility that I would love to share, but unfortunately I don't have the time for that. Just be assured that if you choose this apartment complex, you will end up feeling ripped off!
