Management is full of ----!! I loved the complex when I moved in, that is until I realized that I had been lied to and that there are far too few parking spaces available. We recieved one free covered parking space with our apartment and were told we could rent another. No additional spaces were available, however. Either my wife or myself was forced to park in Corpus Christi and walk across south Texas to get to our apartment. Crime was completely out of control in this complex. My car stereo was stolen in December (Merry Christmas). My 22" gangsta rims were stolen about one month later (Happy New Year). I often saw many other cars sitting on blocks. During one of long walks to my apartment, from where I parked my car in Del Rio, I was mugged!!!! The mugger, a man, was wearing women's shoes, carrying a canoe paddle, and had FISHNET STOCKINGS on his head. I could see right through them! The security is so poor in this complex that the criminals can be this stupid and still get away with their dubious acts. I think my neighbor was running METH LAB out of his apartment. Many Saturday and Sunday mornings, I would find people passed out in the breezeway outside my apartment door. Often they would wake when I came by and ask me for money. Occassionally they would make threats against my person, and once an old man tried to steal the shoes off of my feet! I would rather sleep under a bridge than return to this criminal-ridden hideaway.
