Aside from the horrendous parking situation, completely unprofessional staff, and terrible utilities...They will charge you astronomical, ridiculous and unjustified fees well after you move out and turn it over to a collection agency before they even contact you. This seems to be a pattern with them and I am wondering why nobody has sued them yet. As far as I know, this is against the law. My request for a move out inspection was denied. I was told they only do those after the tenant is gone, now I know why!
Do not be fooled by the "amenities". The tennis courts are trashed, the pools are tiny, door to door trash pick up was stopped soon after I moved in...and the list goes on.
