Cars get robbed every other day here. Literally. I have seen a car on cynder blocks 3 times in front of my complex 3 weeks (I can only imagine how many other are on block in the other areas of this 500 unit complex). The theives steal people's tires and leave them on blocks when they are done. We have a full size truck, which makes it harder to lift and steal from, so they stole the SPARE from under the truck instead. The apartment mgt has done NOTHING to ensure security here. The gates are broken all the time. Cars are robbed even when they are working. When asked to get a guard or put up security cameras the management refused.

The management also does nothing when 3-5 cars just park out side of the gate and go in through the pool entrance. Speaking of pools - their are a whopping 2 pools for all 500 units. They are always packed with loud drunk people and kids. I feel for those who live directly across from it. And thinking back to when we moved in I had specifically asked if the pools got loud in the summer and they lied and told me no.

The other serious problem is the PARKING HELL. You can have up to 4 residents in a 2 bedroom apt, but you only get one assigned spot and you can pay $25 extra a month for another spot (that's $300 a year for a spot no where near our apt). The other people in your apartment are just screwed becaused the nearest open spots that are not assigned are 3 blocks away. When we asked about the situation they claimed that most of their residents were families with only one car - YEA RIGHT. Most the people here are young people with roomates. It's ridiculous.

Other cons: the place had fleas in it when we moved it. The carpet was disgusting and had obviously never been cleaned since the last residents moved out. The management is a joke and changes constantly. I CANT WAIT UNTIL WE MOVE OUT!!
