No Parking and Not so friendly Management.

I moved to San Antonio last year in November and I was in need of a place to live. I should have done more of a search before I chose to live in Promontory Pointe, but I signed the lease and I was stuck for 7 months. The appearance of the apartments are fantastic. However I was paying $720 a month for a 671sq.ft. apartment That I could not have visitors because all the parking spaces are assigned, and regardless of what they tell you about the visitor's parking there are no spaces available anywhere. All the residents take up the visitor parkings (Not that many in the first place) so if you plan on moving here, own 1 car and no bigger than a sedan unless you have a sunroof, not only is there no parking but the ones you do have are made for mini coops.
The management isnt exactly the friendliest, I was real impressed when I first came to speak with them on how great and helpful they were but as the time progressed it seemed like they changed management more than twice since I was there and my last few encounters with the recent manager was absolutely awful. No professionalism whatsoever and complete rudeness, at the least described as "Snobby". Ive lived in many apartments throughout my life in many cities and I was surprised to see this treatment in San Antonio. I would not live here for free.
